A perfect packaging solution for all those companies packing products
which should not dry out or should actually be protected from moisture
or dust. To finish the job, we can also automatically seal the bag
with an WiBox machine.
A PERFECTLY PRE-FABRICATED BAG IN A PERFECTLY SQUARE CASE
A case erecting technology whereby the case is picked up from the
magazine by the vacuum suction frame which holds it firmly on two
sides. Then the bottom flaps are folded in while the case is stationary.
All movements are directed towards the case, your guarantee for a
perfect square case.
A clever vacuum system takes a bag from the magazine and the placer-spreader
unit positions the pre-fabricated bag neatly into the erected case
reaching all 4 corners. The bag is made to measure for your specific
purpose, not too large and not too small.
The result: lower cost and a box with a bag, ready to be filled.

TWO PROVEN TECHNIQUES IN ONE VERY COMPACT SYSTEM
The Combibox has a length of less than 3 metres. Loading of case
blanks and bags is simple, quick and ergonomically sound.
The design of this machine allows operators and maintenance staff
easy access.
Little maintenance is required.
Immediately after the Combibox you can manually or automatically
fill the case and subsequently close the bag automatically with an
WiBox machine according to the HACCP norm.

HANDLES A WIDE RANGE OF CASE AND BAG SIZES
The Combibox will handle a wide range of cases as shown in the
diagram and has a maximum capacity of 8 erected cases and bags placed
per minute.
Please note that the case height to a large degree determines the
overall machine capacity.

FLEXIBILITY AND CONTINUITY
The case erectors can also cope with a wide range of board qualities.
The bag-in-box technique is capable of handling a wide range of film
qualities such as e.g. a film thickness of 0.010 mm which could offer
you considerable savings. There is no need to stop your production
when replenishing the case blanks and/or bag magazine.
Payback and productivity of the Combibox are simply excellent.

A PRE-FABRICATED BAG
No need to concern yourself about the care and risk involved in manufacturing
the bags.
Just concentrate on the filling of the bag.
Using pre-fabricated bags allows you to change from one bag size
to another quickly and simply.
Special requirements, such as e.g. an extra perforation can be accommodated.
In short, there are only advantages.
